April worked tirelessly for me during the pandemic, a wacky time to go through the home-buying process. As a home-buying newbie, April did exactly what I needed: made the invisible, visible. All of the documents, calls, and emails flying around from all of the different parties, April translated it all for me and helped me understand each step as we went along. Even when we got to a path that was unfamiliar to her, such as the One Plus Boston program and other city requirements, April was able to learn and share with me quickly exactly what was going on. When I would get frustrated with some hurdle in the process, she was excellent at navigating solutions. She was also very responsive and accommodating to my schedule and communications. April is the best!
